Accepted Submissions

 

My submission has been accepted what do I do next?

  • Register for the conference
  • Book your travel and accommodation
  • Update and revise your abstract in response to reviewer feedback
  • Log into exordo, go to ‘My Final Submission’ and update by 23rd November 2018

 

Full Papers and Short Papers:

  • Prepare your presentation using the following guidelines:
  • Timing: Full Paper – 20 minutes / Short Paper – 10 minutes
  • Format: PowerPoint or Adobe PDF
  • Log into exordo, go to ‘My Presentation’ and upload by 16th January 2019, 17:00GMT
  • Bring your presentation to the conference on a USB
  • Presentations will be loaded onto PCs in advance of sessions, if you need to run your presentation from a Mac please bring your own laptop with the relevant Mac to VGA connector

Exhibits:

  • Send or deliver your exhibits to: c/o Donna Claypool, Futurescan 4, MAIN RECEPTION / ATRIUM GALLERY, University of Bolton, Deane Road Campus, BL3 5AB by 16th January 2019, 17:00GMT
  • If you are unable to send or deliver your exhibits by the above date and have not had communication from the Exhibitions Team, please email Di Downs

 

Online Proceedings

If you wish your full paper, short paper or exhibition report to be included in the Futurescan 4: Valuing Practice proceedings you can prepare your submission using the Online Publication Guidelines.

Email completed papers/reports to chair@ftc-online.org.uk and h.britt@gsa.ac.uk or share via wetransfer or dropbox by 12th April 2019.

Submission to the proceedings is optional and you may prefer to prepare a submission to one of the conference Associated Journals.

 

Associated Journals

Articles formed from conference contributions can be submitted to the following associated journals for consideration:

Articles for journal submission will be subject to journal peer review processes and must comply with the relevant journal publication guidelines.

Email/upload completed articles to the relevant journal by 12th April 2019.
